Epic is publishing this game.Spiral House's announcement is light on details, but the developer is promising a career mode spanning at least 30 hours, as well as better graphics and more than 1,200 officially licensed components and other products from companies like Intel, AMD, Nvidia and Thermal Grizzly. The developer is also promising "a host of new features to deepen the PC building experience, and steps up the realism of hardware and software simulation."

What devs? PC building Sim 2 has different development studio. As far as I know the original PC Building Sim developers have nothing to do with the sequel released by Epic. Epic Games bought the PC building Sim developer & publisher's parent company back in 2021. PC Building Sim is now owned and published by Epic.
Gotta say I love how they obviously played pretty much zero of the first game, seeing how they somehow kept praising only all that stuff that was already in the original game, lol.I mean, part 2 looks great. Lot more polish, lot more to do - but OCCT, bluescreens, loop building, keeping the changed parts, mousepads and other peripherals, selling PCs for profit, overclocking, fan direction and lots more... all in the original. Obviously there's going to be additional stuff. I'm already loving the store decor thing. Moving into a bigger office and decorating it from this pseudo-Ikea-cataloge, with the most ridculous item names was pointless and oh so fun. However I have to say I'm not convinced that stuff like q-tip cleaning the CPU/GPU will add anything beyond the wow-factor. Knowing how much shit you had to juggle in the first game, once more jobs rolled in, having to do that as well, could be a chore that breaks the game for me. I'll find out once the game hits Steam.
What is building a PC but piecing together an elaborate, electronic jigsaw? Equally, what is building a jigsaw but piecing together an analogue cardboard PC you can't do anything with after it's finished? These similarities are why building a PC isn't as strange a subject for a videogame as it first appears.
PCBS' career mode gives you specific challenges, like troubleshooting a PC with an unknown problem or building a PC to a certain set of specifications. In PCBS2, there are more computer components to choose from, all of which are licensed from real manufacturers so they look as accurate as possible. This is maybe where I feel the game loops back around and starts to feel pretty strange again.
PC Building Simulator puts you in control of a small business that specializes in servicing and building PCs. You have a relative that previously ran the operation to the point of failure and you must rebuild its reputation and balance sheet. As you acquire more income and strengthen your reputation as a computer repair wizard, you will gain access to tougher jobs and increasingly higher-tier hardware.
Finally, in addition to significant amounts of optimization, this update includes full support for mouse and keyboard, giving players an additional way to approach their PC building experience. All of this precision across the various elements which make up PC Building Simulator 2 work together to forge an experience that is as close as you can get to the real thing without actually doing it. In that sense, the game is extremely impressive and pushes it past a simulation game meant for fun, to a legitimate educational tool which could greatly help someone building a PC for the first time.
If the PC building aesthetic is stripped away from the game, what is left is essentially a point-and-click puzzle game, which incorporates resource management. For the most part, the gameplay is well balanced; just as things are starting to feel stale, another factor is introduced to the process to keep things interesting.

These days, I love pc building game. Because it helps me to complete my deficiencies in computer and also I signed up for the course to specialize in computer.but the type of game I really like is farming simulator game. I am engaged in farming and it gives me new ideas while playing. Playing a game where I do my job .what makes the game my favorite is the reality of the game and my interest (my job and hobby). As this kind of survival game, project zomboid-the long dark game attracts my attention a lot. What makes a game especially interesting is new ideas, realism and dialogues.
I loved SimTower so much; must have had a thousand hour in it at the very least. For it's time (release 1994/1995) the graphics were amazingly good. I think it still looks great today. Back then developers did such good jobs with the few pixels they had. And the sound effects were also greatly done. Even just sitting back doing nothing just listening to the ambience of your tower creation just felt nice. I honestly prefer this very old game over it's (unofficial) successor Project Highrise (2016). I'm not sure what exactly made it so enjoyable, but building your own tower, placing compartment by compardment and stairs and elevators and shops etc and it all fitting in the end perfectly obviously is quite satisfying :)I believe SimTower is abandonedware... so you might find a download for it online if you wanna try it (probably need to use DosBox to run it), so I recommend everyone giving it a try. 041b061a72
